Privacy
We run a review site, not an advertising business. The short version: we hold your email address only if you gave it to us, and we can delete it the day you ask.

What we collect
- Your email address, if you subscribe to the Duskmile dispatch. Nothing else is required to subscribe — no name, no address, no phone number.
- Aggregate traffic measurement, if site analytics is enabled by the operator. This records pages viewed, approximate region and device class. It is not linked to a subscriber record.
- Standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, kept for security and abuse handling.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent any list, and we do not operate a public account system — there is no reader login to compromise. Comments are not enabled.
How long we keep it
- Subscriber emails: until you unsubscribe, then deleted.
- Analytics: retained in aggregate according to the provider’s own retention setting.
- Server logs: rotated and discarded within 30 days.
Third parties
Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when a page loads. If the operator has configured a measurement ID, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager will also load. No other third-party script runs on the public site.
Your choices
Every dispatch carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to the editorial address in the footer and ask us to delete your address, export what we hold, or correct it. We action requests within 30 days and do not require you to explain why.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies of its own. The administrative newsroom at /dashboard uses a session cookie, which is only ever issued to a logged-in editor.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child’s address ends up on the list, tell us and it goes.
